Maintenance Manager - Remote Position at Euroports

About the Role

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our team at Euroports, focusing on the maintenance of industrial and port infrastructures. This Maintenance Manager remote position plays a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and compliance of our facilities at the Port-la-Nouvelle site.

What You'll Do

• Participate in defining and implementing the maintenance strategy.
• Establish and structure the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and maintenance plans.
• Organize and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance interventions.
• Supervise technical service providers and subcontractors.
• Ensure the availability and regulatory compliance of equipment.
• Contribute to the management of maintenance contracts and budget.
• Participate in investment projects and new works (CAPEX).

Requirements

• Technical degree (Bac+2/3) in maintenance or industrial engineering.
• Experience in industrial maintenance or technical infrastructures.
• Strong knowledge in electricity, mechanics, and hydraulics.
• Familiarity with CMMS and HSE issues.
• Field-oriented, structured, autonomous, and pragmatic profile.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Experience in a port environment is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Additional certifications in maintenance management.
• Experience with renewable energy projects.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the port sector.
