About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join OpenTable, a leader in the hospitality tech industry. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to impact our recruitment strategy and candidate experience significantly. As a key member of our team, you will help us attract top talent across various departments including Commercial Partnerships, AdTech, Sales and Services, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, evaluating, and recommending candidates.
  • Engage passive candidates through innovative sourcing strategies, networking, and social media.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for OpenTable, enhancing our employment brand.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.
  • Pipeline talent for future roles and maintain tracking metrics for recruiting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on digital roles being a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Proven track record as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Creative, results-oriented, and focused on building positive relationships.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with global recruitment strategies.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality or tech industry.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, particularly Greenhouse.
