Summer Internship in Real Estate Management - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Summer Intern in Real Estate Management to join our team at Citi. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the real estate sector while working remotely. As a Summer Intern, you will assist in market analysis, portfolio management, and administrative support, contributing to our investment decision-making process.

What You'll Do

• Conduct market analysis by collecting and analyzing data on trends, rental prices, and sales to support investment decisions.
• Manage the portfolio by actively monitoring key lease agreement deadlines and operational performance of properties.
• Prepare documentation and conduct audits, including drafting contracts and managing archives.
• Create periodic reports and presentations, including visualizing financial and market data using Excel.
• Provide administrative support to the team, including organizing meetings and preparing correspondence.

Requirements

• Availability for full-time work from July 1 to September 11, 2026.
• Students pursuing degrees in Real Estate Management, Administration, Economics/Finance, or Law.
• Basic knowledge of the commercial real estate market and Civil Code regarding leasing.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent command of English for effective communication and networking.
• Proactive attitude, initiative, and eagerness to learn.
• Engagement in volunteer activities is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in real estate or related internships.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of local real estate regulations.
