Remote Construction Manager - Modular Projects

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Construction Manager to oversee modular construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency. As a Remote Construction Manager, you will lead a team, coordinate with various stakeholders, and utilize digital tools to streamline processes. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager, preferably in modular or timber construction.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in digital tools and software relevant to construction management.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
• Experience in budget management and financial oversight of construction projects.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data center builds and low voltage systems.
• Knowledge of building automation and electrical engineering.
• Familiarity with UI design and prototyping tools like Figma.
