Squad Lead for Core Business Capabilities - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Squad Lead for Core Business Capabilities to join our Enterprise Architecture division at Euroclear, a leading post-trade financial market infrastructure. In this remote role, you will lead a team of architects responsible for defining enterprise architecture directions and standards aligned with the company's strategies and goals.

What You'll Do

• Manage the architecture for Euroclear Business Services, including Settlement, Asset Servicing, Banking & Cash, and more.
• Act as the Squad Product Owner, ensuring the squad backlog is transparent and aligned with stakeholders’ expectations.
• Drive the delivery of architectural services, enabling strategy through analysis of business and IT objectives.
• Facilitate alignment between business and IT, translating objectives into executable change roadmaps.
• Deliver target architectures and maintain governance for strategic direction.
• Provide transparency on capability implementation and technology debt evolution.
• Develop clear standards and reference architecture patterns to support decision-making.
• Provide consultative advice to business leaders on strategy and delivery topics.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Experience leading architecture teams and managing complex projects.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of Capital Markets and financial services industry.
• Certification in an Enterprise Architecture framework (e.g., TOGAF) is a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and as a Product Owner is advantageous.
