• Document knowledge and prepare customer-facing documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn about fiber optic technologies.
• Effective communication skills for customer interaction.
