What You'll Do
- Deliver patient-centered Hospital in the Home (HiTH) care across various settings.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide acute nursing interventions and care.
- Ensure that care provided is safe, appropriate, and effective.
- Utilize your high acuity clinical skills to assess and manage patient needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment plans and medication instructions.
Requirements
- Current registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand (NCNZ) and a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
- Previous nursing experience in an acute care setting with demonstrated high acuity clinical skills.
- Excellent patient assessment skills and experience with IV medication administration.
- Strong communication skills to ensure patient understanding of their care.
- Current full New Zealand driver’s license.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
