We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst - Remote to join our dynamic team at Manor. What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Utilize BPMN and other process modeling tools to document and visualize processes.
• Understand and implement AI-driven solutions and RPA technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
• Familiarity with process modeling tools and methodologies, especially BPMN.
• Understanding of workflow automation and AI technologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience in the B2B SaaS industry.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Certifications in business analysis or related fields.
