About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Spa Therapist to join our vibrant team at Kaleidoscope Collection. As a Spa Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional spa experiences to our guests. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule of 37.5 hours per week, allowing you to work 5 out of 7 days. Join us and be part of a community that values individuality and creativity!

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality spa treatments and services to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Spa Manager and team to create a welcoming and professional spa environment.
• Engage with guests to provide personalized experiences and recommendations.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.
• Contribute to retail sales by promoting spa products and earning commission on your sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa area, ensuring a relaxing atmosphere for guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests.
• Work as part of a dynamic team that encourages creativity and individuality.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests effectively.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Passion for the wellness and hospitality industry.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of spa treatments and products is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Certifications in massage therapy or spa treatments.
• Experience in retail sales within a spa or wellness environment.
• Ability to speak multiple languages.
