About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Account Specialist to join our dynamic team at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). This Customer Account Specialist remote position offers you the chance to work with a global leader in edge-to-cloud technology. You will play a crucial role in managing customer accounts and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Your contributions will directly impact how we connect, protect, analyze, and act on data and applications.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare leasing documents in accordance with HPEFS policies and customer specifications.
  • Manage Sales and Service Excellence forecasts for regular business with existing customers, supporting Sales in new business acquisitions.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure smooth cooperation and satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate reflection of contracts data in our systems.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to guarantee timely invoicing and monitor supplier payment turnaround times.
  • Proactively engage with customers, addressing their questions and providing necessary data.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer queries and take ownership of solutions.
  • Monitor operational issues and propose effective solutions to the team.

Requirements

  • Strong relationship management skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with remote teams and independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Word.
  • Experience in lease management and customer relationship management is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Previous experience with HPEFS is advantageous.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and management.
  • Knowledge of customer experience strategies.
