Mid-Senior Product Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Join HostPapa as a Mid-Senior Product Manager in a fully remote capacity. As a key player in our team, you will manage an existing portfolio of products while defining product strategy and roadmap to enhance our offerings. This is an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager who is passionate about driving product performance and user experience.

What You’ll Do

• Own product KPIs, including revenue, ARPU, churn, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Manage the product life cycle, including product and market research, competitive analysis, roadmap development, and feature releases.
• Create and maintain comprehensive Product Descriptions to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
• Invest in understanding customer needs and identify areas for improvement to deliver optimal experiences.
• Communicate clear objectives with marketing, sales, and support channels to enhance product performance.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and technical design by collaborating with engineering teams.
• Provide direction to the marketing team on product promotions and offers.
• Conduct product demos and training sessions to ensure effective product usage.

Requirements

• Strong communicator with the ability to present ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
• Excellent analytical skills using qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision-making.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to build alignment.
• Familiarity with iterative product delivery, working closely with engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of the hosting industry or related fields, including web development.
• Prior experience with SCRUM or agile methodologies is a plus.
