Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in medical record collection or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and medical terminology.
• Proficient in using document management systems and CRM software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with ICD-10-CM coding and CPT-4 terminologies is a plus.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
