Seasonal Toll Collector - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Seasonal Toll Collector to join our team at ASFINAG. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while engaging with customers directly. As a Seasonal Toll Collector, you will be responsible for collecting toll fees at the Brenner toll station in Schönberg im Stubaital, Austria. What You'll Do

• Collect toll fees for various services including distance tolls and vignettes.
• Ensure accurate accounting of collected revenues.
• Provide information to customers about our products and services.
• Assist with general office tasks as needed.
• Work in shifts, including nights and weekends, compensated with additional allowances.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training and some prior experience (e.g., in a cash handling role).
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Good command of German; additional language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

• Experience in customer service or cash handling.
• Knowledge of toll collection systems.
• Fluency in additional languages.
