Marketing Manager - CIS Region (Remote)

About the Role

We're hiring a Marketing Manager - CIS Region (Remote) to lead our marketing efforts across the CIS market. This role is perfect for those passionate about driving crypto education and business growth in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

• Take full ownership of CIS marketing strategies, from business planning to daily execution.
• Develop and implement innovative marketing initiatives that resonate with local culture.
• Sign and manage sponsorship projects independently.
• Design and execute user growth campaigns focusing on acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Build and strengthen community and affiliate engagement.
• Organize and manage offline and online events, including meetups and roadshows.
• Manage local marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and return on investment (ROI).
• Deliver timely and clear reporting on campaign performance, collaborating with global marketing teams to localize campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience in Web3, fintech, or agency settings.
• Proven track record in brand partnerships, growth, affiliate marketing, or business development communications.
• Strong analytical skills to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Ability to take ownership of execution with accountability.
• Located in the CIS region with a wide marketing and partners network.
• Experience in a Web3/crypto marketing agency or startup is highly desirable.
• Bilingual in English and Russian is required for coordination with overseas partners.
