Junior Salesforce Administrator - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Administrator - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

• Assist in the administration and support of Salesforce CRM, including user management and data quality checks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Salesforce Flows and automation solutions.
• Provide user support and training to enhance team collaboration and communication.
• Work on API integrations and webhooks to streamline processes and improve data management.
• Participate in reporting and analytics to drive insights and support decision-making.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Salesforce administration, including Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Flows, automation, and data management principles.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, or Vue.js is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and user research.
• Experience with LeanData and GTM tools.
• Fluency in German is a plus.
