About the Role

We are CompAn Labs, an innovative tech company based in Germany, seeking an Independent Sales Partner for AI Automation - Remote. In this role, you will be instrumental in acquiring new B2B clients for our AI automation solutions. As an Independent Sales Partner for AI Automation, you'll present and explain our product, Dashlake, at the decision-maker level, whether online or on-site. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a powerful platform designed for AI-driven automation of business processes, which is modular, scalable, and customizable.

What You'll Do

• Acquire new B2B clients for our AI automation solutions.
• Present and explain Dashlake to decision-makers, both online and on-site.
• Collaborate closely with our technical team to create tailored proposals.
• Guide clients through the sales process to successful closing.
• Utilize your experience in selling complex tech products, ideally in SaaS, Data, or AI.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in complex technology products.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Independent and structured working style.
• Desire for success, flexibility, and high personal responsibility.
• A network in the SME or digital economy is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in AI or automation sales.
• Familiarity with B2B sales processes.
• Technical background in SaaS or data solutions.
