Senior HR Business Partner - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team at Swissport. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the aviation industry by enhancing employee experiences and driving organizational success.

What You'll Do

• Provide expert consultation and support to employees and management on all labor law and collective agreement matters.
• Oversee time tracking and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
• Manage and improve HR processes from onboarding to offboarding.
• Conduct personnel interviews and represent the company in labor law matters.
• Analyze data to improve employee experiences and engagement.
• Serve as a point of contact for social insurance agencies and professional associations.
• Coordinate and ensure compliance with data protection requirements.

Requirements

• A completed degree in business administration or law with at least five years of extensive experience in operational HR management.
• Strong knowledge of labor and social security law.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• High service mentality and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Independent and structured work style.
• Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
• Openness to continuous change and a hands-on mentality.

• Experience in the aviation industry.
• Familiarity with HR analytics tools.
• Project management experience.
