What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

• Respond to customer complaints and inquiries professionally.
• Assist in operational processes within the sales area.
• Restock merchandise and participate in inventory management.
• Handle cash register operations accurately.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in fashion retail.
• Experience in casual clothing will be considered an asset.
• A degree from a university or technical institution is a plus.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
• Knowledge of cash handling is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• A passion for fashion and sales.
