Customer Success Lead - EMEA (Remote)

About the Role

We're hiring a Customer Success Lead - EMEA (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Luma AI. In this role, you will work directly with customers adopting Luma’s platform and Luma Agents, helping them onboard quickly, realize measurable value, and expand their use of AI-powered creative workflows.

What You'll Do

• Help organizations successfully onboard and adopt Luma’s platform and Luma Agents.
• Support customers as they scale AI-powered creative workflows across teams and use cases.
• Run strategic check-ins and business reviews with customers.
• Identify opportunities for expanded usage and new creative workflows.
• Act as the voice of the customer to product and engineering teams.
• Translate customer feedback into product insights that shape the roadmap.
• Build the processes, metrics, and playbooks that will scale Customer Success across EMEA.

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or Account Management in SaaS, AI, or developer/creative platforms.
• Strong ability to build trust with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with technical products and explaining complex concepts clearly.
• Thrives in fast-moving environments where things are still being built.
