About the Role

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager III to join our dynamic team at onX. This remote opportunity allows you to be part of a pioneering company in digital outdoor navigation, where you will execute user acquisition campaigns across mobile and web channels. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving efficient growth for our business lines.

What You'll Do

  • Execute and optimize user acquisition campaigns across mobile and web platforms, including Meta, TikTok, and Google App Campaigns.
  • Manage performance campaigns, focusing on day-to-day execution, performance monitoring, and optimization.
  • Support budget management by working with the team manager to manage channel budgets and pacing.
  • Analyze campaign efficiency and make tactical recommendations to improve performance.
  • Build and maintain reports using tools such as Excel, Looker Studio, or Tableau to translate campaign performance data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Product Marketing, and Vertical teams to deliver assets and align on campaign priorities.
  • Run A/B tests to inform creative direction and targeting improvements.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
  • Hands-on experience running mobile and web campaigns across major channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with a willingness to dive into data to inform decision-making.
  • Detail-oriented and reliable, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel quarterly for multiple days to corporate offices or other strategic locations.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with subscription apps or working in the outdoor space.
  • Exposure to both agency and in-house marketing environments.
  • Familiarity with growth experimentation frameworks.
