What You'll Do

• Conduct pre-donation medical screenings to assess donor suitability.
• Interact with donors, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs.
• Ensure all donor screening information is complete and confidential.
• Provide feedback to ineligible donor candidates and engage in set-up processes.
• Work in a plasma center environment, adhering to safety protocols and using personal protective equipment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team.
• Flexibility to work various schedules as needed.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to obtain required state licensures or certifications where applicable.
