Senior CloudOps Engineer - Google Cloud Platform Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior CloudOps Engineer remote to join our innovative team at RTB House. As a leader in the AdTech industry, we leverage proprietary Deep Learning AI algorithms to drive performance and maximize conversions for our clients. In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations and provide technical guidance across our Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments, ensuring that our cloud resources adhere to best practices in security, networking, and governance.

What You'll Do

• Support internal teams by managing day-to-day operations within GCP environments.
• Provide technical guidance on project setups, service configurations, and integrations.
• Assist teams with CI/CD workflows, optimizing processes for efficiency and reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across cloud services, delivering practical solutions.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Platform Engineering, Security, and development teams to maintain a reliable cloud environment.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in Cloud Operations or DevOps engineering.
• Expert-level hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong knowledge of foundational Cloud concepts, including IAM, networking, and VPC Service Controls.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.

Nice to Have

• Experience mentoring junior engineers.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable roadmaps.
• Familiarity with advanced networking and security perimeter management.
