About the Role
Hopper is seeking a talented and motivated Director of Sales - HTS Media (Remote) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead strategic advertising partnerships and manage complex sales cycles to drive revenue growth. You will work in a fast-paced environment focused on innovation and high-quality results, collaborating with clients such as airlines, hotels, and destination management organizations.
What You'll Do
- Lead advertising partnerships across travel and adjacent verticals.
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market advertisers.
- Drive new revenue through full-cycle sales efforts.
- Develop multi-quarter media partnerships and custom sponsorships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign performance.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and deal strategy.
- Serve as the primary contact for key advertiser relationships.
- Influence product roadmap with market insights.
- Work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years in digital advertising or media sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience closing six- and seven-figure deals.
- Ability to sell consultatively to senior leaders.
- Excellent negotiation and storytelling skills.
- Data-driven with strong financial acumen.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
