About the Role

Hopper is seeking a talented and motivated Director of Sales - HTS Media (Remote) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead strategic advertising partnerships and manage complex sales cycles to drive revenue growth. You will work in a fast-paced environment focused on innovation and high-quality results, collaborating with clients such as airlines, hotels, and destination management organizations.

What You'll Do

  • Lead advertising partnerships across travel and adjacent verticals.
  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market advertisers.
  • Drive new revenue through full-cycle sales efforts.
  • Develop multi-quarter media partnerships and custom sponsorships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign performance.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and deal strategy.
  • Serve as the primary contact for key advertiser relationships.
  • Influence product roadmap with market insights.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years in digital advertising or media sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience closing six- and seven-figure deals.
  • Ability to sell consultatively to senior leaders.
  • Excellent negotiation and storytelling skills.
  • Data-driven with strong financial acumen.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
