About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager - Fulfillment Experience for our remote team at ezCater. In this role, you will drive the vision and develop a roadmap for our fulfillment platform, ensuring that our restaurant partners have the necessary tools and data to efficiently complete ezCater orders. What You'll Do

• Drive the vision and develop a roadmap for the fulfillment platform for our restaurant partners.
• Ensure partners have the data and tools needed to complete ezCater orders.
• Develop internal tools for team support during the fulfillment experience.
• Leverage ML and AI to optimize the fulfillment process.
• Tell a compelling story using research and data to evangelize the roadmap.
• Build deep empathy for ezCater partners.
• Lead product initiatives across a cross-functional team.
• Continuously identify areas for innovation and improvement.
• Create and monitor ongoing metrics that measure success.
• Travel to Boston quarterly for planning and business reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience designing and implementing logistics solutions.
• Proven experience innovating on behalf of customers.
• Deep analytic ability and comfort with data manipulation.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Experience in the food tech industry.
• Familiarity with machine learning applications in product management.
