Head of Global Sales Operations - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Global Sales Operations - Remote to join our dynamic team at Jobgether. In this role, you will drive operational excellence and influence growth within the sales organization of our partner company. As the Head of Global Sales Operations, you will translate growth objectives into actionable sales targets and partner with regional leaders for opportunity identification.
What You'll Do
- Drive accountability for revenue performance and manage global Master/Transaction Agreement processes.
- Establish scalable sales processes across regions and develop new sales programs for customer acquisition.
- Lead automation of forecasting processes and define and track KPIs for pipeline health.
- Design global incentive compensation strategies and ensure consistency of sales operations frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the sales process and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements
- 12+ years in commercial operations or sales leadership, with a proven track record in driving revenue.
- Strong proficiency in forecasting and sales process design.
- Experience with incentive compensation and performance management.
- Ability to navigate global organizations effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated financial and business acumen.
- Capable of working in dynamic environments.
