About the Role

We are excited to announce an opening for a Director of Commercial Partnerships - Gaming remote position at Superbet. What You'll Do

  • Lead the commercial strategy and supplier ecosystem for the gaming vertical, focusing on developing partnerships and negotiating high-value agreements.
  • Identify growth opportunities across gaming verticals and collaborate with Product and regional commercial leaders.
  • Negotiate new supplier agreements and renewals to secure favorable commercial terms.
  • Manage strategic relationships with content providers, platform vendors, and technology partners.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives across pricing models, promotions, and partnership structures.
  • Mentor commercial managers and analysts, establishing clear goals and performance metrics.
  • Act as the primary external liaison for key suppliers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform commercial decisions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in commercial partnerships, business development, or procurement within gaming or closely related digital entertainment industries.
  • Proven track record of negotiating high-value commercial agreements and driving measurable revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of gaming products, player behavior, and market dynamics.
  • Experience working in regulated markets and complex multi-jurisdiction environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to build high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial judgment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into commercial strategy.
  • Solid understanding of commercial contracts and partnership governance.
