Senior Procurement & SRM Partner - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Procurement & SRM Partner to join the Guinness Team. This is a permanent, full-time vacancy based in either our Oldham, Bower House or London, Euston Road office. We are currently working to a hybrid working style. The overall purpose of the role is to develop and deliver Procurement, Contract, and Supplier Relationship strategies to support business and operational delivery and achieve value for money throughout Guinness. As a Senior Procurement & SRM Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we work with our suppliers, ensuring robust commercial governance and unlocking additional value.

What You'll Do

• Lead the delivery of large-scale, cost-effective, and compliant procurement solutions that drive value for money.
• Manage organisational risk with confidence through effective supplier relationship management strategies.
• Develop and implement procurement, contract management, and supplier relationship policies.
• Conduct contract assurance reviews and identify best practices in contract management.
• Oversee multiple concurrent programmes, ideally in a commercial environment, demonstrating proven programme and PMO management experience.
• Utilize excellent financial and data analysis skills to inform decision-making.
• Engage effectively with stakeholders, utilizing strong influencing skills to foster collaboration.

Requirements

• Significant experience in delivering large-scale, cost-effective procurement solutions across various functions.
• Proven track record of generating additional value through contract and supplier relationship management strategies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent, with MCIPS qualification and/or equivalent.
• Project or programme management professional qualification and/or equivalent.

Nice to Have

• Experience working within a geographically dispersed procurement function.
• IAACM qualification and/or equivalent.
