About the Role

We're hiring a Customer Success Manager I to join our dynamic team at Carrot Fertility. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-centric individual who is passionate about supporting families through their fertility journey. As a Customer Success Manager I, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our Small Market Business partnership customers receive exceptional service and support. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while making a significant impact on our clients' experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Manage operational aspects of Small Business & partnership customers, ensuring all needs are met promptly.
  • Support customer launches and communicate effectively about renewals to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support across the Customer Success team, acting as a data guru for customer files and reporting.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, questions, and requests with clarity and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the Manager, Customer Experience & Administration to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new tools and systems.
  • Interest in customer success and a passion for helping others.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
