About the Role

Join Pirate Studios as a Cleaner in this unique remote opportunity. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our rehearsal and recording facilities are clean, presentable, and ready for artists and creators. This position is integral to our mission of empowering artists and creators to succeed, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for music and tech.

What You'll Do

• Clean and reset studios and equipment to ensure rooms are always ready for customers’ sessions.
• Meet customers, collect rubbish, and reset rooms between bookings.
• Ensure that the kit is clean and presentable, reporting any breakages or suspected faulty equipment to the Site Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness in toilets, communal areas, and corridors.
• Keep the entrance, signage, and walkway to the studio tidy and presentable at all times.
• Organize and maintain staff cupboards and work areas for safety and tidiness.
• Follow stock control procedures to ensure cleaning consumables are accurate and replenished regularly.
• Identify lost property and ensure it is stored safely.

Requirements

• Cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
• Ability to be flexible and reliable.
• Self-initiative and the ability to prioritize workload under pressure.
• A can-do attitude, willing to roll up sleeves and tackle issues as they arise.
• A passion for music is a plus but not required.

• An annual salary of £7,931.04 for 12 contracted hours per week.
