About the Role

What You'll Do

• Develop new products aligned with company strategy for the aqueous inks and textiles market.
• Maintain application testing protocols and develop SOPs for laboratory equipment.
• Engage in daily laboratory tasks and product formulation research.
• Interact with internal and external customers to advance product development.
• Apply scientific knowledge to solve problems and provide project updates to leaders.
• Ensure product compliance and uphold safety standards.

Requirements

• Recent graduate in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Practical knowledge and experience in a laboratory environment.
• Competent in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to devise test methods and analyze results effectively.
• Strong team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to take ownership of work and be receptive to feedback.

Nice to Have

• Experience in product development within the chemical industry.
