Financing Solutions Associate - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-driven Financing Solutions Associate to join our team remotely. This role focuses on loan facility monitoring and reporting across our growing Private Funds Financing book. As a Financing Solutions Associate, you will take ownership of reporting for over 50 facilities, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful data for our investors and stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and prepare borrowing base files for monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Oversee ABL drawdowns and repayments, ensuring minimum utilization and purpose compliance.
• Manage secured accounts cash movements, waterfalls, and liquidity positions.
• Track relevant dates in ABL governing documents, including reinvestment and availability periods.
• Ensure asset eligibility criteria forms are filled in correctly and report on asset valuation events and concentration limits.
• Prepare and distribute the subscription line compliance certificate for ongoing reporting and drawdowns.
• Monitor compliance with clean-down provisions and manage third-party providers.
• Ensure data integrity and quality by establishing and following documented processes and controls.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in fund financing or asset-backed funding (Asset Manager, Bank, Advisory Firm, etc.).
• Proficient in Excel, Bloomberg, and Asset Servicing Systems (WSO/Solvas/Sentry).
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• Flexible and adaptable to work in a dynamic environment.
• Strong time management skills and understanding of risk management processes.
