Junior Analyst - Sales & Trading (Rates) - Remote Opportunity

What You'll Do

• Book traded positions, engaging with both external clients and internal StoneX entities.
• Monitor trade settlements and implement controls to mitigate settlement and downstream risks.
• Analyze market trends and summarize trade views using graphs, presentations, and other marketable formats.
• Initiate client outreach through marketing strategies, cold calls, and networking efforts.
• Cross-sell StoneX services, including custody, clearing, global payments, and repo capabilities.
• Support colleagues in daily transactional efforts to ensure a best-in-class client experience.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulatory rules and firm policies.
• Foster a positive and collegial work environment.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in global capital markets, preferably in sales or client interactions.
• A genuine interest in global market fluctuations, trends, and drivers.
• High-level knowledge of Fixed Income products, especially US Treasuries and European Government Bonds.
• Strong Excel skills; experience in Python or other coding languages is a plus.
• Willingness to complete relevant regulatory exams for UK FCA Client Dealing licensing and US FINRA requirements.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with a minimum of 4 days in the office.
