- Prepare reports and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in the banking sector, with 1 year in priority customer segments.
- Proficient in English at B1 level (CEFR) or equivalent certification.
- Strong skills in office software and applications.
- Knowledge of banking services and experience in priority customer care.
