As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in managing the vehicle repair process while ensuring high-level customer service throughout. What You'll Do

• Provide friendly and responsive communication with customers.
• Accurately record customer complaints and requests.
• Prepare precise job cards for service tasks.
• Physically accept vehicles from customers.
• Hand over vehicles to the service department, providing detailed information regarding customer complaints and requests.
• Prepare accurate final invoices and explain details to customers.
• Return vehicles to customers in a timely manner.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is prepared accurately.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role or within a dealership environment.
• Technical education is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills and language proficiency.
• A deep interest in automotive industry trends and a desire for continuous learning.
