About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to join our team at Emerging Travel Group. This is a full-time remote position, ideal for candidates residing in Europe and the CIS. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our executive manager, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently. Your contributions will help streamline operations and enhance productivity, making this an exciting opportunity to impact our travel-tech company.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the executive manager's calendar, prioritizing strategic topics and ensuring effective time management.
  • Screen requests, coordinate communications, and structure meeting agendas to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Prepare briefs, materials, and presentations for meetings, ensuring all necessary information is available.
  • Handle travel arrangements and logistics for the executive manager, ensuring all details are meticulously organized.
  • Take meeting notes, document decisions, and track follow-up actions to ensure accountability.
  • Support the preparation and organization of leadership meetings, workshops, and events, enhancing collaboration.
  • Track key initiatives and action items across the Commercial organization, following up with teams to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain dashboards, task trackers, and status reports for leadership visibility, improving internal workflows.
  • Prepare brief summaries, reports, and presentation materials, supporting data analysis for leadership discussions.
  • Ensure the executive manager is fully prepared for key meetings and decisions, maintaining high standards of documentation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in executive support, operations coordination, or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a proven ability to work with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with task management tools such as Asana, Notion, or Monday.
  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the travel industry or tech sector.
  • Knowledge of additional languages.
