About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Central Assessment Trustee - Remote to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client assessments, ensuring compliance with insolvency regulations, and providing exceptional service to our clients. What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough assessments of client financial situations and provide recommendations for insolvency solutions.
• Utilize CRM systems and Microsoft Excel to track client progress and maintain accurate records.
• Engage in negotiations with creditors and stakeholders to facilitate effective debt resolution.
• Prepare legal documents related to bankruptcy and insolvency processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service design and user experience.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in annual company events and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in insolvency and financial services.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a financial services or insolvency-related role.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data management.
• Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of compliance standards such as FedRAMP, NIST, HITRUST, and HIPAA.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
