About the Role

Alumil, a leader in architectural aluminium systems, is seeking a Junior IT Application Consultant to join our dynamic team. This remote Junior IT Application Consultant position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our IT solutions while gaining valuable experience in the tech industry.

What You'll Do

• Provide support and consultancy for various applications used across the company.
• Collaborate with users to understand their needs and assist in troubleshooting application issues.
• Support the implementation of IT solutions to ensure business applications function effectively.
• Gather user requirements and help with application testing under the supervision of senior consultants.
• Participate in training sessions and document processes for future reference.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous internship or work experience in IT support or applications management is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of software development and database management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and application support will be considered an advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud-based applications.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
