Infrastructure Operator with Train Driver License - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for an Infrastructure Operator with a Train Driver License to join our dedicated team at Správa železnic. This remote opportunity allows you to work in a stable environment where you can utilize your technical thinking and manual skills. You will be responsible for operating specialized railway vehicles and ensuring the safety and reliability of the railway system.

What You'll Do

• Operate and manage specialized railway vehicles for infrastructure work, including track machines and maintenance vehicles.
• Engage in technical repairs and maintenance of tracks and associated elements, from rail replacement to platform maintenance.
• Collaborate with colleagues in planning and executing fieldwork.
• After training, work independently on assigned tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.

Requirements

• Completed secondary education (high school diploma or vocational certificate).
• No prior experience is necessary; we will provide all necessary training.
• Physical fitness and manual dexterity are essential.
• Health suitability for work on operational railway transport.
• Reliability, responsibility, and a clean criminal record are required.
• Conversational knowledge of the Czech language is necessary.
• Knowledge of railway issues and a train driver license are advantageous.

Nice to Have

• Experience in railway operations or maintenance.
• Technical certifications related to railway vehicles.
