Business Solutions Analyst II - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Solutions Analyst II to join our team at Talking Rain Beverage Company. This remote opportunity allows you to work closely with business teams and technology leaders to drive measurable results through well-defined solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead analysis efforts for business initiatives by partnering with business teams and technology leaders.
• Facilitate regular working sessions to define requirements and align outcomes.
• Document current-state and future-state workflows, analyzing gaps and recommending improvements.
• Produce clear, actionable artifacts such as use cases and user stories that guide solution design.
• Utilize data analysis and stakeholder input to support informed business decisions.
• Ensure analysis activities follow Talking Rain’s methodologies and support quality.
• Engage stakeholders to align expectations and support communication efforts.
• Plan and execute user acceptance testing to confirm solutions meet requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of business analysis experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead meetings and workshops with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project delivery approaches preferred.
• A team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability.
• Willingness to learn and uphold Talking Rain’s business analysis standards.

Nice to Have

• Experience in CPG supply chain operations.
• Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule for special assignments.
• Experience in leading productive discussions and building trust with stakeholders.
