What You'll Do

- Utilize online CRM tools (Salesforce.com) to source leads and manage customer relationships.
- Drive the onboarding of new customers and initiate spend enablement activities.
- Promote the American Express brand and display an optimization growth mindset for improvements.
- Adhere strictly to AMEX sales practice policies and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Strong background in outbound B2B sales acquisitions is an advantage.
- Experience in Outbound Business to Business (B2B) Account Development/Management for small to medium client accounts is preferred.
- Telesales experience is required across various industries.
- Proven track record in driving sales outcomes through effective management of sales targets and metrics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
