About the Role
We're hiring an Account Executive - Remote to join our dynamic Sales Team at Remote. This role is pivotal in helping our prospective and existing customers fully experience our Global HR Platform. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving net new business, making a significant impact in the global employment landscape.
What You'll Do
- Drive new business development through effective cold calling and networking.
- Maintain a clean and current pipeline of high-velocity opportunities.
- Efficiently present and deliver comprehensive information to potential clients.
- Proactively respond to client inquiries and follow-up questions.
- Collaborate internally with key departments to enhance client experience and support.
- Close sales deals while guiding clients through the process with care.
- Identify new opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Self-generate leads through various channels, including telephone outreach and industry events.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- In-depth understanding of company services and sales processes.
- Proven track record in initiating and converting prospects, closing deals, and achieving sales quotas.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Prior experience in the HR industry is a plus.
