About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Bilingual Account Manager (Italian & English) to join our remote team at WeTravel. As a key player in our mission to empower travel businesses, you will help clients maximize their experience on our platform. What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of travel business clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Ensure clients are fully onboarded, trained, and maximizing the WeTravel platform.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Engineering, and Customer Support.
• Proactively address client concerns and provide solutions to drive retention.
• Track and report on key account metrics and client health scores.

Requirements

• Fluent in both Italian and English (C2 level or above in Italian).
• Experience in account management, customer success, or a related client-facing role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working in a SaaS environment is a plus.
• Passion for the travel industry and helping businesses grow.
• Proactive, curious, and results-oriented mindset.

What We Offer

• Base salary: $34,000 – $46,000 USD per year.
• Commission: $10,000 – $12,000 USD.
