Marketing AI & Automation Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We're hiring a Marketing AI & Automation Manager to join our dynamic team at Statista. As a Marketing AI & Automation Manager, you will design and implement data-driven, AI-powered improvements across our marketing systems and technology stack. This role is pivotal in transforming complex funnels into scalable, automated experiences that enhance our marketing efforts. You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to drive the design and rollout of AI-driven automation use cases across Marketing, Sales, and Product.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven automation use cases, such as lead enrichment and predictive segmentation.
• Analyze and optimize the lead-to-customer funnel to reduce drop-off and improve activation rates.
• Co-own the evolution of the lead scoring model, defining new behavioral and product-usage signals.
• Partner with UX/UI and Data teams to design and evaluate A/B tests across landing pages.
• Build consent-aware journey enablement components to scale lifecycle journeys.
• Utilize analytics tools to identify bottlenecks and measure automation impact.
• Collaborate with Engineering on data quality and instrumentation to align marketing tech with product strategy.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Product, Growth, Marketing Operations, or CRM, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in A/B testing and funnel analysis.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Braze, CDPs, and CMS platforms.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively across various teams.
• Understanding of GDPR and privacy-first marketing principles.
