About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our dynamic team in Abbotsford, British Columbia. What You'll Do

• Assist the store manager in daily operations, including shipping and receiving, product research, and scheduled cleaning.
• Provide excellent customer service to every individual who walks through the door, helping them find the right running shoes and athletic gear.
• Lead by example, motivating the team to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of store presentation.
• Train and mentor new staff members, ensuring they understand product knowledge and customer service expectations.
• Handle inventory management and assist in product ordering to meet customer demand.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, preferably in a management or supervisory role.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of running products and athletic gear is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
