About the Role

We are looking for a Working Student in Marketplace Technical Integration to join our dynamic team at Redcare Pharmacy. This remote position offers you the opportunity to gain valuable experience while supporting our Italian team in various tasks related to international seller onboarding. What You'll Do

  • Support the Italian team with day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Handle seller inquiries through our ticket system, providing timely and effective responses.
  • Assist with onboarding new sellers to the platform, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
  • Help improve onboarding materials to enhance the seller experience.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to streamline and improve processes within the team.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study, such as Business or E-Commerce.
  • Fluent in Italian with very good English skills.
  • Structured and independent work style, with the ability to manage tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a diverse team.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
