UI Designer - Remote Position in Healthcare

About the Role

We are looking for a talented UI Designer to join our team remotely. In this UI Designer remote position, you will focus on visual design, accessibility, and consistency across healthcare platforms. This role plays a key part in ensuring clarity, usability, and a cohesive visual language for diverse users within complex and regulated healthcare environments.

What You'll Do

• Create clear, accessible, and visually consistent UI designs for healthcare applications.
• Develop, document, and maintain design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers and frontend developers to ensure seamless implementation.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and best practices (WCAG preferred).
• Support scalable, maintainable, and consistent UI patterns across platforms.

Requirements

• Strong visual, interface, and interaction design skills.
• Proven experience working with design systems and component libraries.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles (WCAG preferred).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or other regulated environments.
• Experience designing for complex or data-heavy applications.
