Business Development Executive - Remote Opportunity with Kellanova
About the Role
Are you ready to join an industry-respected team, representing some of the biggest brands in the food industry? Join us as a Business Development Executive - Remote on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract and play a crucial role in our continued success and progression. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the Vending and QSR channels to deliver our ambitious growth targets.
What You'll Do
- Champion your Southern territory to drive Kellanova branded listings into whitespace opportunities.
- Win listings through commercial execution tools such as Joint Business Planning and promotional agreements.
- Drive the sales of our iconic global brands such as Pringles and Snack bars across the channel.
- Develop your strategic approach in prioritizing key customers and contacts using a data-led approach.
- Unlock new relationships and opportunities across your customer base and develop relationships directly with business owners and key decision-makers.
- Ensure our ranging and distribution is maximized across your region, driving growth through existing ranging and future innovation launches.
- Amplify our plans to deliver growth targets using the toolkit available, focusing on POS and display activation in key weeks and events.
- Apply your commercial acumen to work with customers using all available tools to ensure our approach to growth is enabled with category insight and channel expertise.
Requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Great relationship-building skills to establish your regional relationship matrix.
- Curiosity, passion, and ownership for growing the channel through winning with Kellanova brands.
- Motivated and driven approach to work independently, while also being part of a wider field-based team.
