Lead Solution Architect - Test Manager (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Lead Solution Architect - Test Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will report to the Operations-RPA-Project Manager and play a crucial part in enhancing operational efficiency through innovative solutions. As a Lead Solution Architect, you will review Process Design Documents and existing solutions, proposing changes that align with our commitment to excellence and 100% SLA adherence.

What You'll Do

• Govern and review the process of requirement gathering, performing feasibility studies and impact analyses on existing solutions.
• Drive and own code deliverables, engaging in R&D on new technologies to integrate with RPA solutions.
• Manage RPA servers, including the installation of clients, control rooms, and underlying application configuration.
• Recommend the best RPA tools for current requirements and conduct assessments to propose improvements and process re-engineering.
• Mentor and coach domain experts within the team, fostering a culture of continuous development.
• Maintain excellent communication and relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Review existing solutions and propose changes to improve efficiency while ensuring 100% SLA adherence in project management.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in any field is mandatory; an MSc/BE/Masters with specialization in IT/Computer Science is preferred.
• Minimum of 0-3 years of work experience, with experience in multi-channel delivery projects being desirable.
• Intermediate level of expertise in requirement gathering, coding and testing, architecture and design, project management, and change management.
• Strong analytical thinking, adaptability, initiative, and result orientation.
• Intermediate knowledge of RPA tools, Microsoft Office, telecom basics, C, Java, .NET, Python, VBA, SQL, MySQL, Oracle, and API concepts.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies.
• Certifications in RPA tools.
