Head Chef - Eurostars Madrid Tower (Remote Opportunity)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Head Chef to join our team at Eurostars Madrid Tower. This Head Chef remote position is a unique opportunity to lead a kitchen in a prestigious 5-star hotel, ensuring culinary excellence and a memorable dining experience for our guests.

What You'll Do

• Direct and supervise the kitchen team assigned to your station, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and adhering to hygiene and food safety standards.
• Prepare assigned dishes with a focus on quality, presentation, and timely delivery.
• Provide continuous training and development for your staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards at all stages of food preparation and service.
• Control and develop operations across various service points (events, snack bar, room service, etc.).

Requirements

• Training in culinary arts or hospitality management.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Specific knowledge in gastronomy and event catering.
• High level of English; a second language is a plus.

• Experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• Creative flair in menu development.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
