About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Night Guest Service Manager to join our team at RBH Hospitality Management. This Night Guest Service Manager role offers a unique opportunity to lead the overnight operations of our Holiday Inn Express London Limehouse. You will ensure the highest standards of guest service and safety, making this position vital for our success.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the overnight operation of the hotel, maintaining high standards of guest service and safety.
  • Act as the main point of contact for guests during the night, handling inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Supervise front office operations overnight, ensuring compliance with brand and company standards.
  • Complete the night audit process, balancing daily financial transactions, including room revenue and food and beverage sales.
  • Prepare end-of-day financial reports for management, ensuring accuracy in accounting records.
  • Check in late arrivals and provide overnight front desk support to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Conduct regular security checks throughout the hotel premises to ensure guest and property safety.
  • Collaborate with the front office and management teams to address any issues identified during the night audit.
  • Maintain clear communication with the day team by preparing handover notes.
  • Handle emergency situations overnight, coordinating with necessary departments.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality, ideally within a Front Office or Night Audit role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in financial reconciliation.
  • Good communication and guest service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and manage hotel operations overnight.
  • Basic IT skills and familiarity with property management systems (PMS).
  • Flexibility to work night shifts and remain focused and productive.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with hotel management software.
  • Knowledge of local attractions and amenities to assist guests.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality setting.
